Argela exhibited at IIR's Evolving Service Delivery Platforms event in Barcelona on June 2-4, 2008 as associate sponsor of the event. The event is widely recognised as the telecom industry's leading forum on SDPs and service architecture.
In this year’s event Argela had a speech on optimising SDP to manage Internet, TV and telephony together and introducing mobility to these. Bora Eliacik, Solution Delivery Director, shared Argela’s vision about multiplay service delivery framework and what the future will bring. He focused on importance of convergence and gave many examples of possible convergent services with today’s and tomorrow’s technology.

Entertainment services or more specifically the IPTV service could become a turning point in operators’ long term strategy. We believe that the differentiating factor amongst the emerging IPTV operators will be the converged and ubiquitous services offered by them.
